WIFA Chapters

When you become a member, you are placed into a Chapter based on both your stage of business growth and your geographic location, ensuring meaningful connection and relevant support.

How Our Chapters Work

Each Chapter operates as a focused peer network — creating space for shared learning, accountability, mentorship, and collaboration among women navigating similar milestones within their region. Our Chapters are where connection becomes catalyst. Within each Chapter, shared experience becomes strength — and collective ambition turns into real progress.

Each Chapter falls under a Regional Facilitator and is led by a Chapter Facilitator, supported by a co-facilitator.

Regional Facilitator

Provides overall support and oversight across the region, ensuring a consistent experience across all Chapters within a region.

Chapter Facilitator

Leads the Chapter with vision and purpose, guiding discussions, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring members remain engaged, supported, and progressing toward their goals.

Co-Facilitator

Partners with the Chapter Facilitator to strengthen coordination and member support, helping to drive engagement, continuity, and a collaborative Chapter experience.
